NTU – Attracting leading academics through emotional storytelling

Working with Nottingham Trent University we were asked to help develop a recruitment campaign to attract leading research academics. People who had big ideas and were looking for a place to make those ideas a reality.

This work involved building a microsite and digital campaign that included:

  • The overriding concept ‘I see possibilities’ with a supporting video and look and feel.
  • Underlying brand message – NTU a place of adventure
  • Working with current academics to help them tell their story. Each narrative was then made into films
  • Developing a video to promote that this is a university going places.
