Developing the new brand identity for retail, website, exhibition and marketing material

Strategic Challenge:

To find the right voice in the market. The brand had two audiences to attract - customers plus the vets and staff who the business wanted to attract into the franchise model. To attract vets, the brand needed to be about caring but also about quality and something that vets could feel proud to be a part of.

Creative Challenge:

To give the brand name greater meaning. The name couldn't be changed but it was too long and not very powerful as a brand name. So we wanted to create a strong identity and visual language around it.

What emotions and personality did we want for the brand?

This was a project all about feeling the love that the owners and the people at Companion Care Vets had for the animals. 

As the name would suggest, the brand's personality comes from a combination of the 'Companion', 'Angel' and Romantic' archetype brand personalities. We also used the 'Scientist' to give it that feeling of research, quality and reputation within the profession.
